Alright, it’s way too fucking cold out. I mean, I can handle 16 degrees just fine, but when the 30-40 mph winds make it feel like -4 degrees, it sort of really sucks. I’m not leaving this building for the rest of the day. The wind nearly blew me over as I was waiting to cross the street. AHHH!

I got back to my dorm at 5 last night after walking through the cold in heels. It’s usually about a 30 minute walk, but I’m pretty sure it took 45 last night. My feet are really mad at me. I walked in the door, looked down, and realized they were bleeding. Never again.

Aaron is visiting me today! Hooray! I haven’t seen him since October. Then, I have just one more short class, and I’m done. I like this schedule. Plenty of time for running and naps.

So today was my first day of classes this semester. 8am classes should not exist. Also, art history is going to kick my ass. Mission:
Finish season 4 of Lost. My best buds aren’t back at school until tomorrow, and I still feel like I have a cold, so I’m drinking tea and watching Lost all night long. This is going to be beautiful.
Back to school
I made it back to UConn today. I’m really excited to see everyone again, and do something other than sitting around my house with nothing to do. It’s gonna be a busy semester, but I’m gonna own it.

Packing is almost complete. Just gotta take some stuff outta the dryer and toss it in the suitcase. I’ll take care of that tomorrow. Mom is making my favorite food (baked ziti!) for dinner, and then it’s off to UConn tomorrow afternoon. I can’t wait to get back, it’s been a long and rather uneventful break.
Today
I will:
Clean my room
Wash the rest of my clothes
Pack for school
Buy yogurt, hummus, pita chips, and pretzels for my room
Buy shampoo and conditioner, new hairbrush

Argh, trip into the city isn’t going to happen. The people I was going with are sick, and I don’t really feel like going alone. I leave for school on Sunday, which leaves me pretty much no time to go. Sort of a bummed about that. I suppose I’ll just go home for a weekend between now and April and see the Tim Burton exhibit then.

Guess the city will have to wait for tomorrow, people are busy today. So today I will…clean my room? Or maybe I’ll pack for school. That should actually clean most of the mess on the floor. Then I’ll draw, and maybe do some work on the mural. And obviously watch some Lost…Sounds about right.
